It was early morning, and I was in panic mode. I had to drive to the Phoenix airport, and one of my tires in the rental car indicated the tire pressure was extremely low. I’m not from Prescott, so I didn’t know where to go. So I asked someone and they recommended that I go to Dunn’s tire and service. When I got there and told the manager of my Emergency, he quickly got his technician, Paul, to get right on it. Paul quickly located the screw in the tire, removed it and plugged the hole. He quickly mounted the tire back on and checked the tire pressure in all of the tires. I was amazed how quickly they resolved my problem. I’m not from Prescitt, But if I was a local, I would always go to Dunn’s tire service for all of my tire needs! Took my wife's Lexus GS 350 (2013) to Dunn's on August 18, 2026 for 4 new tires installed and just as important 4 new TPMS because at least one of the sensors was malfunctioning. Both Tammy and Brian are very professional and friendly, willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and in a timely manner. That was much appreciated because I did have a tight schedule that particular day. I bought a used car 2008 that needed some work done on it. I brought the vehicle to several shops, but the folks at Dunn's identified the real issue as an engine mount that needed replacement. My car feels like it drives like new. While my car was in the shop I was offered a ride to home and back to the shop,  considering the labor, they finished the job quickly, and they did it at almost half my first quote not breaking my bank account. I went down to Prescott, AZ for a visit and I ran into Brian who owns Dunn's Tire & Automotive. Needless to say we had a great conversation. Found out he owns his own automotive shop. Hi highly recommend Dunn's Tire & Automotive. They solved my problem and they did it immediately and got me on my way.

It seems simple, but I got a flat tire in town and because I'm not a car person I felt immediately stranded and to be honest a little helpless. I don't have a lot of extra money for tow trucks, and for this and that.  I called Dunn's Tire & Automotive and they sent a guy over to me to help me change to my spare tire. Then I drove to the shop and they fixed my tire right then and there. There were friendly and understanding and swift. I really appreciate how they went out of their way to help me. Again, for me a simple thing like a flat tire is an enormous problem--I  don't have family or friends here in AZ to call on in a pinch; but Dunn's Tire & Automotive solved it for me and got me on my way no hassles.

I will definitely be giving them my service in the future and I highly recommend Dunn's Tire & Automotive to anyone.

I had an issue with my alignment with the truck i just got and no one could get it back to normal with out it pulling hard to the right. I was told yo call dunns tire and with needing it done soon they were able to schedule and got it done and done right!! .....no slop or play in the wheel, its the best it has felt since i got the truck.
